Real Estate Pre-licensing Course Information

The Real Estate School of New England presents the “Principles & Practices of Real Estate” course, which meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the Real Estate Commission.  The class is very helpful in preparing you to take the exam that is required to receive your real estate license.

This course is presented twice weekly at a location in Branford, CT and covers 15 sessions (60 hours).  The fees for the “Principles & Practices of Real Estate” course are outlined below.

Course Fees

It is optional, however recommended, that you purchase the “Promissor Guide” for $35.00.
