John Socha, Instructor

A graduate of Manchester Community Technical College and Central Connecticut State University, John “Jack” Socha began his real estate career as a licensed sales associate in 1978 with Century 21 and soon held a Broker license status.  From sales and rental associate in 1981 he moved to the position of sales manager where his added duties were hiring of new and experienced sales agents as well as the training new and existing sales staff.

In 1987 John became the President and CEO of his own Century 21 Company where he ventured into the commercial sales industry as well as property management.  Through the years he became established in creating lead and follow-up systems, advertising and training programs.

Today, John continues his career in all facets of real estate and is the director of training for new and experienced sales agents in the Wethersfield office of Century 21 AllPoints Realty.  In addition he teaches pre-licensing classes for The Real Estate School of New England in the Wethersfield and Branford locations.
